Through dedication, patience, and commitment we have developed four generations of our own unique line!

Sanders Presa Canarios are bred for the stable temperament, high drive, strong nerves, and physical beauty embodied by Sanders’ Neno. These dogs are not bred for the show ring. They are bred for loyalty, protection, guarding, and peace of mind. They can and will protect.

Sanders Presa Canarios are true to the working line we are passionate about maintaining. A Sanders Presa can excel in many working fields, including personal protection, civil work, guard work, weight pull, and ring sports. A Sanders Presa Canario has incomparable prey drive and remarkable stability.

After meticulous research and extensive contact with the top breeders in Spain, we have imported and hand-selected the best examples of the highest caliber show and working Presa Canario/Dogo Canario from both Spain and the Canary Islands.

We traveled throughout Spain and the Canary Islands as the guests of some of the top Dogo Canario breeders in the world. We met breeders whose champions formed the most renowned lines in the world today. We met breeders who have little to do with the outside world and maintain the Presa Canario in its rustic form. We spoke with the breeders of the oldest lines in Spain and were taught firsthand the history and the evolution of the breed. Throughout our travels, the dogs that we hand selected were the best we have seen anywhere in the world.
